It has breakable wells that offers flexibility for small and medium-sized laboratories. Performance of the assay is excellent, showing a good correlation with the Golden Standard LC-MS\/MS and a cross-reactivity with the D2 form of 1,25(OH)2 Vitamin D close to 100%. Measurement of 1,25(OH)2 Vitamin D is less obvious than 25OH Vitamin D, because of its low concentration and short half-life.
