Montreal-based Two-Photon Research (TPR) has unveiled CAST, a diagnostics platform that detects the SARS-CoV-2 with a smartphone. The CAST platform uses TPR’s patented Aptamer Molecular Photonic Beacon (AMPB) that photonically interfaces with smartphones.
