Epigenica introduces EpiFinder analysis service for high-throughput epigenomic profiling
Epigenica AB has introduced its EpiFinder™ Analysis Service, a fully managed, end-to-end platform designed to deliver fast, reproducible epigenomic data to researchers across academia, pharma, and clinical settings.
End-to-end workflow management
The service covers every stage of the research process – from initial study design and sample logistics through to sequencing, data processing, and final data delivery. By standardising workflows and consolidating all processing within Epigenica’s own facility in Solna, Sweden, the platform aims to reduce technical variability and minimise the operational burden on research teams.
The EpiFinder Analysis Service provides high-resolution profiling of multiple histone modifications and DNA methylation in parallel, delivered through an integrated, automated pipeline that generates standardised outputs. The platform is capable of processing hundreds of samples per week and handling large-scale sequencing datasets, making it suitable for both small investigator-led studies and large multicentre projects.
Scientific support and downstream analysis
Beyond raw data generation, Epigenica’s scientific team provides comprehensive downstream support, including identification of biological signatures, sample stratification, functional interpretation, customised data visualisations, and guidance on multiomics data integration. Turnaround times range from three to six weeks, with stringent quality control measures applied throughout.
