Urinary KAPPA and LAMBDA (B&F), CE-IVD marked, turbidimetric assays

TRIMERO offers urinary KAPPA and LAMBDA (bound and free) Light Chains CE marked turbidimetric immunoassays (TIA).
Applications are available for the most popular clinical chemistry analysers, for both urine and serum samples.
The assays, based on polyclonal specific antibodies, have been developed specifically to test “neat” urine samples, and results, with excellent repeatability, correlate well with the quantification by densitometry of the Bence Jones proteinuria.
In order to ensure lot to lot traceability, values have been referred to the European Reference Material ERM-DA470k/IFCC (Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements, IRMM).
