Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. has introduced a new kit and software package for single-cell transcriptome and gene expression research. The ddSEQ™ Single-Cell 3’ RNA-Seq Kit, designed for use with Bio-Rad’s ddSEQ Cell Isolator, aims to provide high-quality single-cell 3’ RNA-Seq libraries efficiently and cost-effectively.

Complementary analysis software

Accompanying the kit is the Omnition v1.1 analysis software, a pipeline analysis tool for quality control, analysis, and reporting of data generated from the ddSEQ Single-Cell 3’ RNA-Seq Kit.

The new offerings support research in oncology, immunology, neurology, and stem cell biology by providing insights into single-cell transcription and gene expression.
