Asynt acquires flow chemistry specialist Uniqsis
In a strategic move to expand its chemistry technology portfolio, Asynt Ltd has completed the acquisition of flow chemistry specialist Uniqsis. The deal, finalised on 31 August 2024, encompasses the transfer of all Uniqsis staff, intellectual property, and equipment stock.
