The fully automated respons^®A1c is the advanced solution that fulfills this requirement by providing NGSP and IFCC certified HbA1c results along with the estimated average blood glucose (eAG) level with just a tiny drop of blood from the fingertip. The maintenance-free analyzer is equipped with an internal printer and a user-friendly color touchscreen interface that guides the user through the simple test procedure via visual and voice instructions. respons^®A1c utilizes pre-calibrated unit-dose cartridges based on boronate affinity chromatography for reliable HbA1c determinations. The cartridge consists of a barcoded cassette and a reagent pack with integrated capillary. Both are packed in one aluminum pouch which can be stored at 2-30°C for up to 18 months. For testing, just insert the cassette into the analyzer, take the whole blood sample with the capillary of the reagent pack and insert it into the cassette. The measurement is fully automatic and the results are available after just 4.5 minutes.
