arcoris bio partners with Europa Biosite to distribute immunoMUSE kits across Europe and North America
arcoris bio, a Swiss life science research tools and in vitro diagnostics company, has entered into a distribution partnership with Europa Biosite, a distributor of life science research products and services. Under the agreement, Europa Biosite will distribute arcoris bio’s newly launched immunoMUSE® kits in several European markets and across North America.
Flexible, user-defined multiplex immunofluorescence
immunoMUSE allows researchers to construct their own multiplex immunofluorescence panels using antibodies of their choosing, combining flexibility with high sensitivity and ease of use. The kits are built on arcoris bio’s MUSE® technology, which enables simultaneous detection of multiple biomarkers with simplified workflows. By supporting detection of low-abundance targets within a single sample and enabling higher throughput, the platform is aimed at applications in digital pathology and translational research.
The immunoMUSE portfolio comprises two kit types: immunoMUSE Activate & Amplify kits, which provide all reagents required to prepare user-defined antibodies for use with the MUSE® system and to perform staining, and immunoMUSE Amplify kits, which supply additional amplification reagents for ongoing experiments and higher-throughput work.
Suggested applications
Compared with conventional staining approaches, immunoMUSE is designed to improve signal-to-noise ratios, supporting more reliable detection of low-abundance biomarkers and increased assay sensitivity overall. Suggested applications span oncology, including profiling of tumour microenvironments and identification of rare or low-abundance biomarkers; neurobiology, for studying complex neuronal networks and subtle protein expression patterns; immunology, for characterising immune cell populations and their interactions; and spatial biology, for multiplexed biomarker analysis while preserving spatial context within tissues.
